Shareholder Dr. Bergtholdt M.D. is the manager of emovis GmbH and takes care of all organizational tasks.  Ms. Gärtner, assistant manager will be your first contact for all financial affairs after conclusion of a contract. She also is in charge of the personnel  resources planning.

Ms. Dr. Bergtholdt is your contact to answer questions in regards to order taking, completion of contracts, Ethic vote and other high-level issues. In her role as a physician, Dr. Bergtholdt is involved in most studies as a Principal Investigator and also looks after some of the study patients herself.

Ms. Novy, Ms. Sturm and Mr. Lauterbach are taking care of study- patients. During the ward round they combine their clinic experience with specific requirements for particular studies.  Close collaboration between doctor and study nurses are  very important to guarantee optimal work results to keep the records  in all case report forms. They are also contact person for the monitors.

Mariella Rossa our PR agent is responsible for all promotion and recruiting work and first contact for the  cooperative  advertising agencies and hospital facilities.

All our study nurses and study male nurses are catechize hospital nurse or doctor´s assistant.  Each clinical trial will be supervised by two nurses all along. Ms. Decker executive study nurse is first contact and taking care of the reception. Ms. Muhr is responsible for the laboratory and supervising Ms. Klenke and Ms. Schult during their practical labwork. Mr. Schulz and Ms. Audersch are also working  part-time in our dependence, St. Joseph Hospital Berlin- Weißensee. Mr. Lehmann is special trained for the work in our sleep laboratory.

We are proud to help young adults to find a way into working life. Therefore we educate them to become study nurses or doctor´s assistant. Some of the emovis staff also successfully completed their apprenticeship with us.

Ms. Joho and Ms. Stommel are first contact for those who answer an advertisement and decide to call emovis. Ms. Joho also is an catechize hospital nurse and predestinated to give expert advice. Both of them are supporting  Ms. Dr. Bergtholdt and the whole team by handling administrative duties.
