Italian speaking Study Coordinator in Clinical Trials

emovis is a site for clinical studies right in the centre of Berlin. We are conducting out-patient clinical studies do assess the efficacy and side effects of new medications. In one of our divisions, emovis Home Care Visits, we facilitate participation in clinical trials partly in the patient’s domestic environment. We are organising and coordinating home care visit activities in Germany and in several other European countries.

Because we are about to extend our activities to Italy and Spain, we are looking for a new colleague with respective language skills. Be part of our dynamic team now and start your diversified new activity with us!

Your job description:

Participation in a clinical trial can mean quite a burden for the patients (long travel time, exhausting and frequent examinations). In particular with severely diseased patients, participation in a clinical trial can be practically impossible.

To reduce this burden, some of the study visits are being conducted in the patient’s home. Our team organises such home visits in several European countries. Among others, we

  • Identify and train local nurses for patients who require home visits
  • Coordinate elements of these visits (disposition of nurses, couriers, materials)
  • Supervise activities of these local nurses
  • Communicate with international clients
  • Manage the project
  • Create study specific training material (e.g. flow chart, manuals and worksheets)
  • We don’t travel a lot

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in natural sciences, ideally with medical aspects – or completed training in a medical profession
  • business fluent in English and German
  • good command of Italian
  • good communicator
  • motivation
  • structured and independent function
  • an eye on details
  • expertise in ICH/GCP is an advantage
